These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of limited edition fine art photography on limited-editions.cazeba.com, operated by Ludovic Cazeba.

Article 2 — Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on limited-editions.cazeba.com by consumer or professional customers.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Article 3 — Products
Products offered are original fine art photographs in strictly limited editions:
- Prints signed and numbered by the artist
- Museum-quality Diasec® mounting (100-year UV protection)
- Certificate of authenticity included
- 5-page historical documentation
Each artwork is limited to 13 prints maximum, distributed across 4 formats. Once an edition sells out, it will never be reprinted.
Photographs displayed on the website are as accurate as possible but may present slight variations from the final product.
Article 4 — Pricing
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) including all taxes (VAT).
The applicable VAT rate for original artworks is 5.5% for French and European Union customers.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These fees are the customer's responsibility.
Prices may be modified at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.
Article 5 — Ordering
To place an order, the customer must:
- Select the product(s) and desired format
- Validate the cart
- Enter shipping and billing information
- Accept these Terms of Sale
- Proceed with payment
The order is final upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
Ludovic Cazeba reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of previous dispute, incorrect information, or suspected fraud.
Article 6 — Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Shop Pay
Payments are secured by Stripe and Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1 certification, 128-bit SSL encryption).
The amount is charged at the time of order validation.
Article 7 — Production and Delivery
Production time: 4 to 6 weeks (each artwork is handcrafted to order)
Delivery: Worldwide shipping via specialized carrier (Chronopost, FedEx, UPS or equivalent), fully insured.
Packaging: Museum-grade wooden crate to ensure artwork protection.
The customer is informed by email at each stage: order confirmation, production start, shipping, delivery.
In case of damaged package upon receipt, the customer must note reservations with the carrier and contact Ludovic Cazeba within 48 hours with supporting photos.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumer customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the artwork to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise this right:
- Notify your decision by email to contact@ludocazeba.com
- Return the artwork in its original packaging, in perfect condition
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the order.
Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made artworks are not eligible for the right of withdrawal (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).
Article 9 — Legal Guarantees
In accordance with Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code, customers benefit from:
Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years):
The seller is liable for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects or deviations from the description.
Guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code):
The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the item sold that render it unfit for its intended use.
Article 10 — Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in case of unresolved dispute, consumer customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.

Article 11 — Intellectual Property
Acquiring an artwork grants the customer ownership of the physical support only.
Copyright and reproduction rights remain the exclusive property of Ludovic Cazeba. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Article 12 — Personal Data
Collected data is necessary for processing orders and is handled in accordance with GDPR. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Article 13 — Force Majeure
Ludovic Cazeba shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations in case of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (natural disaster, war, strike, pandemic, etc.).
Article 14 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, and after failure of mediation, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
